STACEY LEE CARDONA

I started The ER with a simple belief that every event is more than just a gathering. It is a moment that becomes a memory. Our tagline says it best: “The ER, where Every Room is transformed and moments are made into memories.”

While those words are simple, the letters E and R carry a deeper meaning. They are the initials of my late mother, Evelyn, and my late brother, Robert. Losing my mother at the age of four shaped how I see life. I learned early on that every moment we have with the people we love is precious. After my brother’s passing, that lesson became even clearer. All we truly keep are the memories and the photos we hold onto.

That is why I created The ER. For me, designing and styling events is not just about décor. It is about honoring stories, celebrating life, and creating spaces where people can make memories that last a lifetime. Every backdrop, every table, and every detail is done with love, purpose, and the understanding that these moments become part of someone’s legacy.
